Backed by Communications Fiji Limited, The Total Event Company has been at the forefront of event management in Fiji and the Pacific since the late 1980s.
Our story began with a vision: to create activity, connection, and commercial opportunity within local markets. That vision became a reality with the launch of the Home & Leisure Show in 1986 — a wholesome, community-focused event that would spark decades of innovation and growth in the events industry.
As we grew, so did our ambition. A key turning point was the acquisition of our own Octanorm Booth system, enabling us to deliver professional-grade trade shows and exhibitions to international standards. But we didn’t stop there.
To ensure full control over event production quality and flexibility, we invested heavily in our own infrastructure, including LED screens, professional scaffolding, concert-grade stage setups, custom tents & marquees, and state-of-the-art lighting and sound equipment.
These assets allow us to build and deliver unforgettable event environments — indoors or outdoors — across diverse venues and locations.
Today, The Total Event Company operates in both Fiji and Papua New Guinea, mirroring our full suite of services and working closely with eight radio stations in PNG & Fiji that extend our ability to inform, entertain, and connect communities across the Pacific.
